SkillsUSA State Competition Medal Winners
Congratulations to our students who competed at the SkillsUSA competitions in Hershey this week.
After competing against their peers from across the state, the following students earned medals for their achievements:
First place -
Career Pathways: Natural Resources, Agriculture and Food –
Culinary Arts Team of Jayla Collins (North Penn 12th grade), Julia Fredricks (North Penn, 12th grade) , and Thomas Bridges (Wissahickon, 11th grade)
Prepared Speech – Matthew Tang, Allied Health (Methacton, 12th grade)
Restaurant Service – Tinera Kinley-White (Wissahickon, 12th grade)
Third place –
Entrepreneurship – Cosmetology Team of Camryn Barnes, Alyssa Davis, and Cheyenne Tressler (all 11th grade, Souderton)
First place winners have the opportunity to compete against their peers from across the nation during the National SkillsUSA Leadership and Skills Conference in June.
