February Students of the Month

Congratulations to the February Students of the Month:

Cosmetology student, Sarah Lopez-Columna, was nominated by Mrs. Raybold. She stated, "This year, Sarah has gone above and beyond expectations by staying after class to complete required tasks and ensure her work meets industry standards. She is on a mission to complete her cosmetology hours and earn her cosmetology license. Most notably, she voluntarily stayed after class to complete a chemical service on a client, demonstrating not only perseverance and responsibility
but also technical skill. The service was completed with confidence, attention to safety, and excellent results. Sarah made a strong effort to advocate for herself during this service by asking questions to ensure she had a clear understanding of the service and the process. It was so nice to see how proud she was of her work." 

Property Maintenance student, Tyler Campion, was nominated by Mr. Ortt. He stated, "Tyler is exceptional in many ways. He is committed to learning his trade. He makes the very most of every minute he's in class. When all other students are cleaned up and waiting to leave, you will find Tyler still working to master the assigned tasks. Tyler's resilience, self-confidence, and persistence are why he deserves to be student of the month."
