Senior Recognition

Senior Recognition is a special event to honor our students, but it is not a graduation ceremony. North Montco Technical Career Center School does not issue diplomas—students receive their diplomas from their sending high schools.

During the award program, each senior will be called to the stage for individual recognition. Some students will also receive awards.

At the conclusion of the event, students will return their gowns and pick up their North Montco certificate.

There is no cost to attend this ceremony.

Date: May 21, 2026, during the school day (Livestream available for guests unable to join us in person.)

Location: North Montco Technical Career Center Multipurpose Room

Arrival Time:
All students must report to the main office lobby at the arrival time listed on the chart for their specific program.

Dress Code: All students will wear gowns provided by NMTCC. Students should dress appropriately beneath their gowns with appropriate footwear (no flip flops). Following the ceremony, gowns must be returned before students receive their portfolios.

(Note: you may need to purchase items for your sending high school graduation ceremony. Please check with your sending high school guidance counselor.)

It is also important to note that ALL obligations must be paid in full prior to this event. If obligations are not paid in full, the student will not be permitted to participate in this activity.

Important Information:

• Arrival Time: All students must report to the main office lobby at the arrival time listed on the chart for their specific program. Chart is available under Date/Time/Location.
• Transportation: Students must provide their own transportation to and from North Montco for the Recognition Ceremony. This is not a traditional school day; therefore, no bus transportation will be provided to the school. Seniors are excused from their sending high school on this day.
• No Tickets Required: Tickets are not required for this event, but seating is limited.
• Livestream Available: If you are unable to join us in person, watch via livestream. Link will be available on our website (nmtcc.org)
• Pictures: There will be time after the ceremony for you to take pictures with your student.
• Conclusion: Following the ceremony, students are free to leave the campus for the day, as this is not a regular school day, and we will be preparing for additional ceremonies.
