The restaurant at NMTCC serves as a live-action training platform for students studying Culinary Arts and pursuing their passion in the hospitality industry. All menus are prepped, produced, and served by students to the highest level of quality and adherence to safety and sanitation protocol.

Each week, the students create delicious menu items based on seasonality, local sourcing, and student curriculum. Many people visit the restaurant weekly because they know the menu is versatile and offers delicious and creative options. 

Appetizers  - Range $3.95-$7.00

Entrees - Various menu items are offered weekly; Range $6.95-$10.95

Desserts - Range $.75 - $4.95
 

RESTAURANT HOURS:  

The  Restaurant and Bakery at North Montco are open every Wednesday and Thursday from 8:45-9:45 AM for breakfast and 12:30-1:45 PM for lunch when school is in session. Reservations for the restaurant are requested - 215-368-1177 x193.

Note - All visitors must present a valid photo id/driver's license when visiting the bakery, restaurant, or salon.
There is a five-dollar ($5) minimum charge on credit card purchases.

 

Menu for March 4-5, 2026
Breakfast:

  • Eggs Any Style-$6.95
    Any way you would like them prepared
  • Multi-Berry Crepes-$ 4.95
    Thin, French pancakes served with a mixed berry sauce and whipped cream
  • Cheddar and Onion Omelette - $7.95
    Fluffy omelette with English cheddar and crispy shallots

All served with a choice of bacon, sausage, grits or home fries.

 

Lunch:

  • Hunters' Crepes - $ 6.95

    Thinly rolled savoury crepes with a meat filling. Served with Bechamel sauce.

  • Poached Winter Flounder $ 8.95
    Boneless fillet, lightly poached ala fumet' with a roasted pepper sauce
  • BBQ Beef Tips-$ 8.95
    Filet tips, charbroiled, with a house BBQ sauce

All served with Chef's choice sides. Ask your server about soup, salad, appetizer, and dessert additions
