The restaurant at NMTCC serves as a live-action training platform for students studying Culinary Arts and pursuing their passion in the hospitality industry. All menus are prepped, produced, and served by students to the highest level of quality and adherence to safety and sanitation protocol.

Each week, the students create delicious menu items based on seasonality, local sourcing, and student curriculum. Many people visit the restaurant weekly because they know the menu is versatile and offers delicious and creative options. 

Appetizers  - Range $3.95-$7.00

Entrees - Various menu items are offered weekly; Range $6.95-$10.95

Desserts - Range $.75 - $4.95
 

RESTAURANT HOURS:  

The  Restaurant and Bakery at North Montco are open every Wednesday and Thursday from 8:45-9:45 AM for breakfast and 12:30-1:45 PM for lunch when school is in session. Reservations for the restaurant are requested - 215-368-1177 x193.

Note - All visitors must present a valid photo id/driver's license when visiting the bakery, restaurant or salon.

There is a five dollar ($5) minimum charge on credit card purchases.

Breakfast Menu 

Egg and Bagel Sandwich -$5.95
Hard fried egg, with your choice of meat, served on an Everything bagel 

Leaning Tower of Crepes-$ 5.95
Layered thin pancakes with a creamy filling,
topped with persimmon syrup,and whipped cream

Pork Belly-$ 6.95
House cured pork belly, slow braised,  topped with a poached egg

All served with your choice of one side. Select from bacon, sausage, grits or hash browns.

Lunch Menu

Flounder ala Francaise-$ 8.95
Lightly battered flounder, served with a lemon caper sauce

Cobb Salad-$ 8.95
Crisp greens topped with grilled chicken, bacon, tomato, avocado, roasted peppers,
and zesty Ranch dressing

Pork Schnitzel-$ 7.95
Panko breaded pork cutlet, served plain or ala holstein!
