The restaurant at NMTCC serves as a live-action training platform for students studying Culinary Arts and pursuing their passion in the hospitality industry. All menus are prepped, produced, and served by students to the highest level of quality and adherence to safety and sanitation protocol.
Each week, the students create delicious menu items based on seasonality, local sourcing, and student curriculum. Many people visit the restaurant weekly because they know the menu is versatile and offers delicious and creative options.
Appetizers - Range $3.95-$7.00
Entrees - Various menu items are offered weekly; Range $6.95-$10.95
Desserts - Range $.75 - $4.95
RESTAURANT HOURS:
The Restaurant and Bakery at North Montco are open every Wednesday and Thursday from 8:45-9:45 AM for breakfast and 12:30-1:45 PM for lunch when school is in session. Reservations for the restaurant are requested - 215-368-1177 x193.
Note - All visitors must present a valid photo id/driver's license when visiting the bakery, restaurant, or salon.
There is a five-dollar ($5) minimum charge on credit card purchases.

Breakfast:
- Eggs Any Style-$6.95
Any way you would like them prepared - Crab Quiche-$ 7.95
Fresh crabmeat, savoury custard and in a flaky crust - Roasted Red Pepper Omelette - $6.95
French rolled, with sweet roasted peppers and pecorino
All served with a choice of bacon, sausage or home fries.

Includes:
Choice of red pepper bisque with pecorino tuille and creme fraiche OR classic iceberg wedge salad,
A 28 oz. dry aged Tomahawk strip steak for 2, cooked and carved from the bone to your liking,
Twice baked redskin potatoes and summer squash saute
Dessert included: Berries in the Snow - classic creme puffs with whipped cream and berry coulis
Also includes mocktails, breads and beverages - Meat Lovers Quiche-$ 6.95
Assorted cured meats, cheeses and creamy custard in a flaky crust - Jumbo Shrimp Stuffed with Crabmeat-$ 8.95
Tender shrimp, flaky crabmeat, sauce buerre blanc
All served with Chef's choice sides. Ask your server about soup, salad, appetizer, and dessert additions
