    ROLLING PIN AND WHISK IN GREEN CIRCLEThe Baking & Pastry Arts program strives to teach students the skills they will need to be successful both in industry and in continuing education. All of our products are handmade from scratch and solely produced by students. With knowledge of mixing methods, equipment use and safety practices, the student will have an upperhand for entering the pastry industry.
