    The restaurant at NMTCC serves as a live-action training platform for students studying Culinary Arts and pursuing their passion in the hospitality industry. All menus are prepped, produced, and served by students to the highest level of quality and adherence to safety and sanitation protocol.

    Each week, the students create delicious menu items based on seasonality, local sourcing, and student curriculum. Many people visit the restaurant weekly because they know the menu is versatile and offers delicious and creative options. 

    Appetizers  - Range $3.95-$7.00

    Entrees - Various menu items are offered weekly; Range $6.95-$10.95

    Desserts - Range $.75 - $4.95

      

    RESTAURANT HOURS: 

    Restaurant and Bakery Breakfast orders will be available for pick up between 8:45 and 9:45 AM and Lunch orders will be available for pick up between 12:45 and 1:45 PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays when school is in session. Please use the link below to place your order. 

    Order must be placed between 7:30 AM and 11:30 PM on day of pickup.

    Arrive at North Montco at the time you selected when placing your order. Pick-up times are between 8:45 and 9:45 AM for breakfast and  12:45 and 1:45 PM for lunch. Park in the restaurant entrance lot and head to the security desk at the vestibule of the entrance.

    Apple Cinnamon Waffle $ 4.95

    Crispy waffle with a sweet red apple coulis

     

    Ole' Fashioned Toad in the Hole $ 2.95

    Thick Texas toast, filled in the center with an over easy egg

     

    All served with choice of sausage or home fries

     

     


    LUNCH:

     Soups $3.95/pint

    New England Clam Chowder

    Hearty Lentil

     

    Salad $ 2.95

     Hydroponic greens with an apple cider, shallot vinaigrette

     

    Entrees $ 6.95

     Roast Pork Loin

    Slow roasted dry rubbed loin of pork in natural au jus

     

    Tri-Color Tortellini

    House-made tortellini with three cheeses in a fresh marinara sauce

     

    All served with chef's choice sides

      

    Dessert $ 2.95

    Raspberry Espresso Pound

    Dense pound cake soaked with espresso and a sweet buttercream
