Internet Technologies: 
The program prepares individuals to apply technical skills in support and design of network systems and websites. It Includes instruction in networking, website management, SQL programming and simulation analysis, design and design. The program also provides a technical foundation for college-bound students pursuing a career in information technology and provides the training for students to acquire several industrial certifications including those from Oracle, Cisco, CIW and CompTIA. The course includes the Cisco and Oracle "Academies” which provide training in database administration and networking Technologies.

Commercial Art: 
This program offers instruction encompassing a broad spectrum of art related occupations. The number of commercial art jobs is expected to increase, especially in areas utilizing desktop publishing/computer generated art and animation. Growth in printing/painting on non-paper surfaces will create a demand for skilled artists far in excess of qualified workers. The core curriculum focuses on lettering/package design, drawing and illustration, advertising design and layout, cartooning and comic art, computer art and design, airbrush techniques and sign painting.

Graphic Arts:
This program offers instruction encompassing a broad spectrum of print related and quick-copy occupations. The major areas of study include design and layout, basic computer operation, electronic typography, electronic publishing/desktop publishing, photography (black and white/digital), darkroom operations, lithography, film assembly/plate developing, offset printing operation, bindery, document management/quick copy center operations. As printing equipment and processes change, employees with both depth and breadth of education and with the ability to learn will be most in demand. As the industry continues to grow, cross training will be common place. |
