Program Information for Construction Carpentry
Hours: 36 hours
Day(s): Wednesday 6:00 - 9:00 pm
Fee: $450.00
Start Date: October 6, 2010
Description: Introduction to varied construction techniques: safety, tools, materials, site layout, door and window rough in, gable roof framing. Geared to people who are contemplating remodeling or seeking a career change. This is a hands-on course that involves building. Upon completion the student should be able to perform the above techniques for an entry level construction job. Class is limited to first 10 students.
Requirements: Safety glasses required.
