Program Information for Cisco Networking Academy Course: Information Technology Essentials I

Description: Course provided in partnership with Hewlett Packard to provide training in basic management of Microsoft Windows workstations. Class includes software and hardware maintenance and troubleshooting. This course is intended as preparations for the two exams required for the Comp TAI A+ certification. The A+ certification may also be applied toward Microsoft's MCSA certification.
Requirements: Prerequisite: High School mathematics.
