Program Information for Basic Residential Plumbing
Hours: 18 hours
Day(s): Thursday 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Fee: $225.00
Start Date: October 14, 2010
Description: Course will cover basics of household plumbing repairs as well as learning to solder copper pipe and fittings, installation of compression fittings, and proper use of plastic pipe and related fittings. Course will also cover installing new kitchen and bathroom fixtures, repairing old ones and using the proper plumbing tools. This course is a benefit for persons in the maintenance field. Upon completion the student should be able to perform the above installations and repairs.
Requirements: Safety equipment required.
