Start Date: Classes will be scheduled as required.
Description: Course is designed to introduce students to the processes, practices and interrelationships of those agencies involved in the American Criminal Justice System. Students will examine the role of law enforcement, the court system and the process of corrections. The course is taught by a police officer with over twenty years of experience. Upon satisfactory completion of the course, students will be certified in the following: First Aid, CPR, AED, Baton, OC spray, weapon retention, and handcuffing. Act 235 training will be offered at an additional cost and the student will be responsible for completing the necessary medical and psychological requirements.
