Start Date: Classes will be scheduled as required.
Description: Topics to be covered include the safest approach and positioning for handcuffing, handcuffing resistive subjects, removing handcuffs, and the use of various types of cuffs. Upon completion of testing criteria the students will be certified.
Requirements:
